Which Dynascan product is right for me?

Dynascan systems can be used within a wide range of applications. Depending on your application there are a few points to consider:

Is your product or device hermitically sealed?
Is your packaging material pourus or non pourus?
Are you looking for a destructive or non destructive testing option?
What environment would you be looking to test your product in? E.g. Laboratory, live production

Do you offer a custom build service?

Our Dynascan team are experts at developing custom solutions for seal integrity and product testing applications. If you are stuck looking for a solution that you can’t find then contact our Dynascan experts.

How long will it take to receive a quotation? 

Our sales team endeavour to reply to all quotation requests within one working day. However if a more bespoke item is required then this may extend the period of time taken.

Where are the Dynascan instruments manufactured?

All Dynascan products are manufactured within the Cambridge Sensotec facilities in Cambridgeshire, UK.

What support options do you offer for the Dynascan products? 

Product training and installation is available for all Dynascan products and can be discussed at the point of quotation. When a fault occurs onsite a member of the Dynascan team will endeavour to visit within 3 working days where necessary. This lead time applies to warranty issues also.

Do you provide product testing services?

We know that product testing can be troublesome and are able to offer a free seal integrity test report on your food and pharmaceutical packaged products. Please contact us for further information.

What additional services do you offer? 

In addition to offering a range of maintenance, training and installation services we are also able to provide writing for SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and IQ/OQ/PQ (Installation/Operating/Performance Qualification). A no obligation, onsite customer demonstration is also available.
